A clinic located on the Integris/Baptist Medical Center campus, Evident Health Services mission is to improve the clinical outcome and quality of life for those at risk for Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes. They needed a solution that would allow for patients to interact with the clinic about their current risk for these illnesses.

Quantus Interactive developed a secure log in system that allowed register users/patients to take a risk screen test for Diabetes and Metabolic type illnesses. The risk screen allowed for each user to receive a unique risk score, which translated into an easy to understand risk category. Those with high risk, being prompted to print the risk screen (and result) to take to their doctor or the Evident Health Clinic. Site visitors were also able to receive literature, comics, and information about health information that could help improve the quality of their lives.
